Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until creamy and smooth, then pour into a bowl. (I used wonder chef nutri blend which made the smoothie so creamy and thick)
Top it with fruit like strawberries, chopped bananas, coconut flakes,etc.
